To remove pain-bodies and disempower the EGO, AWARENESS is the first step. By observing yourself as you respond to outside stimulation, you can put the EGO in it’s proper place to be used as an intuitive tool, or temporary motivator. Our minds are our tools, but our being is who we are.

Think of it like this. Mind is what organizes humanity’s actions on this planet. Being organizes a trillion cells in each human, in addition to the sky, the wind, the molecules in rocks, the ocean, every cell in every fish, the moon, the rotations of the planets, the suns, each of the trillions of suns, each of the trillions and trillions of planets circling the trillions of suns and the trillions of life forms on each of those planets.

Our beingness is much much more powerful, infinitely so, than our minds. But the ego puts the mind on a pedestal, because it is what allows the EGO to BE. Once we focus our attention on the mind’s games, we can be free from it at last and simply BE.

The only reason I am telling you any of this is so I can understand it myself.

We are quickly becoming slaves to an extreme measure.

Families are fragmented. People are alone with themselves and an ass load of worries. No money equals no house, no food, no car (which would be good), no insurance, no doctors, no heat, no water, etc…

When there doesn’t seem to be enough, people get mean and desperate.

Don’t be hate’n.
